1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Barber Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the barber shop and ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Duties include:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily shop operations
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff
• Hire, train and supervise barbers and support staff
• Address customer complaints and resolve service issues
• Monitor inventory and control supply levels
• Manage operational budgets and financial records
• Coordinate staff schedules and workflow
• Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety and service quality standards are maintained
Supervision
The position supervises approximately 1 to 2 employees.
