Language: English
Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years in a related role

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily café operations
• Analyze budgets to maintain and improve profitability
• Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
• Modify food preparation methods and menu pricing based on budget
• Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Monitor staff performance and provide supervision
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff
• Supervise a team of 1 to 2 employees
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Organize and maintain inventory levels
• Negotiate with suppliers for food and operational supplies
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Address customer complaints and ensure high-quality service
• Balance cash, prepare financial reports, and maintain records
• Provide ongoing customer service and support
